Hotel Rambla - Benidorm

The location was decent, around a mile from the beach and main resort. There was a 24-hour reception, which was convenient.

The hotel seemed to cater mostly to Spanish guests, with few children and a breakfast experience that felt hectic and noisy. the rooms were very basic, lacking amenities like coffee or tea making facilities, and the TV remote had to be rented for an extra fee.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with a beautiful grassed garden that has sun loungers available. This makes it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel is conveniently located close to numerous places, such as shops and restaurants, allowing guests to easily explore the surroundings. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the service provided by the staff is excellent. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, ensuring a great start to the day. the view from the balcony is breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the surrounding nature.

The language barrier with some of the staff members can be a bit frustrating at times.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. First of all, the value for money was excellent - I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. Secondly, the staff were attentive and really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the room, including a TV and the option for hot drinks. Finally, the location, although at the top of a hill, offered beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, overall everything was more than satisfactory.

The food served at the hotel was subpar, with dinner being particularly unenjoyable. There were frequent disturbances at the hotel, with the police being called multiple times due to trouble caused by Spanish guests.
